HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1. Log in to your account: Click HERE
2. Find your order and click "Request Return"
3. Select the items you want to return or exchange and tell us why
4. Follow the instructions to send your items back

EXCHANGES

Want a different size or color? Here's how it works:

• Return your original item following the steps above
• Once we receive and process your return, you'll get a refund
• Place a new order for the item you want
• This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible

Need help finding the right size? Contact us at info@actualcouture.nl before ordering and we'll advise you.

RETURN POLICY

• You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• For exchanges, you can also choose store credit to use immediately

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Underwear and intimate apparel
• Swimwear (unless unworn with hygiene seal intact)
• Final sale items
• Personalized items

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
• Contact us immediately at info@actualcouture.nl
• Send us photos of the item and packaging
• We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund
